2. Cancellation and Refund

2.1. Users may cancel a class by providing notice a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the class. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2.2. If a class is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued.

2.3. If a teacher cancels a class at any time, users will receive a full refund for that class.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3.2. Depending on your bank's policies, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Issues with Services

4.1. If you experience any issues with the classes or teachers, please reach out to our support team at hello@proeducators.com. We are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a satisfactory resolution, which may include refunds on a case-by-case basis.
